FLF-CAR sub-committee

FLF-CAR sub-committee is supported by a UKRI FLFDevNet Plus Fund award (2025): Condensate-Applicable Research (CAR): driving change in the UK condensate community

Aims: This project aims to accelerate the development of a UK-wide network of excellence in CAR, with FLFs at its core, in partnership with other stakeholders in this highly interdisciplinary field. In particular, supported by the Plus Funds, the applicants will organise key CAR events, creating a framework for supporting interdisciplinary collaborations across FLF cohorts, with other UKRI-funded researchers, and beyond. This project will provide a springboard for the UK condensate network and help it maintain momentum, ensuring its sustained role in providing the opportunities for career development, leadership and engagement in policy-making in this future-facing research area.
